The project stems from the challenge of resolving a topography with steep slopes and strict urban planning limitations, proposing a contemporary and dynamic volume.

Two parallel blocks articulate the ensemble, generating between them a central landscaped space that concentrates the vertical circulation and provides identity to the project.

The exterior facades, inspired by the movement of the sea, dialogue with the landscape.

The ensemble offers a wide typological variety—homes with gardens, rooftop duplexes, spacious terraces—and common areas that endow the complex with great vitality and spatial richness.
